- Shepherd: assisting customers throughout the process, serving as their eyes and ears during design and production so that their visions for exceptional customized apparel are realized and that their expectations are met and exceeded
- Prospect: knowing that, throughout the greater metropolitan area (and beyond thanks to the world-wide web), many companies and organizations could be excellent clients for our services

- Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and software—understanding the importance of accurate record keeping and communications is vital to this position
- Either a working knowledge of the inks, substrates, films, adhesives and other trade stuff we use or the eagerness to learn the lingo, rapidly

- Intent upon guiding needs-discovery conversations with clients toward methods to satisfy their marketing, event coordination, and promotional needs
- A person who thrives in “dare to be great” customer service situations, creatively overcoming prospects’ and clients’ objections and collaboratively formulating design solutions that are exciting, creative and positive
